I asked a guidance for small problems in my custom application built with codeigniter, whithin 10 minutes after I created a support ticket the response arrive and it has been fixed. I just upgraded my plan and the process was seamless and quick. Part of the migration also comprised of their rep suggesting a WP plugin that would also help speed up the site and if they had certain settings. I asked for help implementing this and he did it really quickly and wow my site is the fastest it's ever been!! Super happy!

Got some emails from UptimeRobot which triggers off when a website goes down for whatever reason. Was not a Veeble problem, in fact they were able to confirm and advise on solutions very quickly. Great Service! PS: I used the UptimeRobot service many years ago when I was having problems with another provider, and I had forgotten that I still had it up and running.
