I bought Carol Burnett DVDs last April 22 and it arrived after a week - very steadfast delivery! I'm very pleased with the quality of the DVDs, all sealed and came in good packaging as well. Isaac Larsen I ordered the complete DVD boxset of YOUNG INDIANA JONES CHRONICLES from MemorylaneDVD last April.I got this complete DVD collection for the exact amount of $57.90 (shipping included). Shipping period was steadfast. But the package arrived w/ 1 faulty disc.I reported this issue on them. I received a reply after a couple of minutes and ask me to check the rest of the discs as they’re willing to replace the faulty ones at once.they replace it which arrived after 5 days! best customer service! Jack Reaper Family Matters was one of my favorite shows way back then. I bought a DVD copy of this at memorylanedvd.com which delivered the product in a very timely manner. I’m not quite impressed on how the discs was packaged, it’s a bit flimsy for me but when I checked the quality of the audio and video, it’s really excellent! Cookie Cyrus In my experience, the DVDs were delivered in a timely fashion. I was a bit disappointed because it was not high definition quality as I thought so. The quality is fine but not the best. I contacted the company immediately to file my complaint. They replied and clearly explained that what I received was a fan/collector’s edition as an official Studio release has not been out yet in the market. In my case, the DVDS arrived very fast and I also monitored it because the company gave me the tracking information! The packaging and quality of the set is good – very clear video and sound. But when I’m watching the 4th disc, it suddenly freeze, I got mad and contacted the company right away! They told me that it will be no problem to replace the faulty disc.
