This was our third company trying for hosting services. As a small business, this is a big deal to have reliability and customer service. It feels like every penny we spend is crucial to our business and growth... we depend on efficiency. I needed help for a site at 3 A. M., and the tech staff was available to help me. Ed, the tech support guy, was very helpful and friendly and most of all, patient! It took over an hour to fix my issues and Ed didn't seem bothered or rushed at all the whole time. I had to call the next day to ask a question, and that tech support person was very helpful and friendly as well. Very happy with their attention to customer needs.

I am incredibly happy. The support is fast and nice. I totally agree with this review, that the site speed is amazing, I have some pages where there are multiple videos and bigger pictures(infographics) and still the page loads almost instantly. I wholeheartedly recommend ASVhost!
