i asked their customer service if my order can be shipped to a different address because my billing add is different. laso asked if they can combine the shipment of my 2 dvd sets so i can save few dollars in shipping fees. they replied that it's not a problem to amend the destination address. i feel great because they processed my request accordingly as per my instructions. It's a blast to watch my DVD's when I received it and seeing that is has good quality, I would never been more satisfied!

I ordered for the Nanny DVD set but they sent me the wrong DVDs and got Nanny and the Professor instead.
