Darren Bowman  The Dark Shadows I ordered from superspatial.com are not complete upon receipt. I emailed the company and a customer support replied within the day. I was surprised because they asked me for my desired shipping address to send the missing discs and they delivered it. Kevin Crawford The whole DVD collection of BAYWATCH I purchased from superspatial.com arrived in a very mint condition. The packaging could be a lot better but it was pretty fine. The delivery time was very prompt. I checked each discs and gladly it has all the complete episodes with completely working DVDs! Eventhough it doesn’t have the perfect quality, all discs are entirely watchable. For an inexpensive value, the whole set I purchased from superspatial.com is really worth the money. Andre Williams The New York Undercover DVD set I ordered from superspatial.com is exactly what I sought after! It comes with great packaging and superior quality. When I checked the very first disc, it didn’t play in my DVD player but the 2nd discs played all the way through. I checked the rest of the discs to know which ones are faulty. I figured out that I have 5 discs which are not functioning properly. I emailed the seller and received a quick response from them. They immediately replaced the faulty discs which were sent after a week. I was extremely satisfied when I checked the replacement discs, it completely worked in our DVD player! Matthew Ziegler I was looking for a best birthday gift for my wife then suddenly I came across superspatial.com website. It was amazing that this website has great memorable collections from the old era! I decided to purchase “The Carol Burnett and Friends” complete collection for her because this is one of favorite TV series before and I’m pretty sure she will simply love it. After I placed the order, I received the shipment promptly. My wife was surprised when the package arrived. When she checked the DVDs and tried to play the first disc in our DVD player, it didn’t play! Then she checked the rest of it and same thing happened!! That was one of the most embarrassing moments in my life. I was full of frustration by then so I emailed the company immediately! After a few hours, I received a reply from them. They provided to me and provided some list of suggestions on how to play the DVDs. I was informed also that maybe I’m using an old DVD player that’s why it can’t read the discs from the whole set. They were right because my DVD player 5 years old. So, I tried to buy a newer DVD player and surprisingly all of the discs played. Now, my wife is really enjoying the whole set! I must say that the quality is pretty fine! It was nice to receive a response from one of their customer assistants as they helped me through all the way. Very much recommended! Joe Watson The MISSION IMPOSSIBLE series would probably the best TV show I’ve ever seen in the past. I’m very grateful that I saw this show from superspatial.com. When I saw they sell it a cheaper price, I ordered it right away. The package arrived in a very timely manner! While checking the discs, I found out that it’s incomplete. I contacted the seller right away and informed them I only received partial discs only. A customer representative responds informing that the actual number of DVDs in each Collection may increase/decrease but they will always contain all episodes from all seasons of the TV series, without any exception. I double-checked the discs that I received as per instruction. They are correct; all the episodes are all there! Aside from that, the DVDs contain good quality, played very fine with our DVD player. For a very reasonable value of this complete series, I wouldn’t mind ordering more from this company. Joe Watson likes:
