This company advertises 3-5 day shipping but i ordered something as a gift on Feb 20 early in the day - so it should have shipped out Feb 20 or Feb 21 at the latest - and it still has not been received. I tried calling the company during business hours three days in a row and every time got a voicemail that the business was closed. Today I finalyl reached someone at 8am and was told that 3-5 days for shipping doesn't apply to me since I was having the order sent to CA and this company is in MI
