My server is not managed however I am able to get assistance from support in an hour, they are so kind and polite, always ready to help with software on my server. The technical support's knowledge and availability is the best feature. No long waiting times on hold. 24/7 support. My server is managed perfectly by them and I feel my server secure and solid with them. I am really impressed by speed of server and stability of networking, it is close to perfect. Their vps plan comes with cool useful features like free management and cpanel. Price is more than reasonable. My server uptime is close to 100%. Everything is working quickly and never falls down. Also network comes with 1gbit port and ddos protection, that is really useful feature for every webmaster I believe. In summary RapidDedi provides stable fast properly managed service, highly recommend!

I can only say that RapidDedi is a service provider everyone wants to deal with. They have outstanding server deals with everything needed for best user experience. As a server administrator I like that they have ddos protection and fast networking within my plan, also uptime comes with 100% SLA. Technical staff is quite fast and offering full support whenever I need. To conclude, RapidDedi is the host for every webmaster who needs top level customer care.
