14-16 Oct - PruBuy sent me various disclaimers to confirm before they would confirm, ETA 21-26 Oct
20 Oct - delivery delayed to 31 Oct, promised would send tracking no.
29 Oct - emailed as no tracking no.
31 Oct - delivery delayed to 12 Nov
31 Oct - emailed, no response
1 Nov - emailed, no response
2 Nov - emailed and called, no response
3 Nov - emailed and called, no response
4 Nov - order cancelled
