I'm 6'2" and about 185lbs. I did use a Tape Measure. Ordered an 2XL, fits well, holds the tummy in. The bottom is of good size. The Fabric is very breathable and stretchy in the front portion. The backside is a little more stiff but didn't lift my butt as much as others. The Spiral steel boning is no joke and does a great job.
