In the UK, I've just signed up to Hive Active Heating. Which now means I can control my home heating system from wherever I am via mobile phone or any computer. Turning it on and off, lower or higher the temperature, but talking directly to the thermostat. It claims to save me up to £150 a year on my heating costs - remains to be seen. But a brilliant facility with more accurate temperature setting and variable time setting. Please note: Not affiliate so no rating there
