I'd like to say that Glanzu travel company was very professional and the tour guides were friendly and helpful. We especially loved the Chaing Mai tour guide as she was very forthcoming with helpful information and made us feel welcome to the city. The most enjoyable would be the activities like visiting the temples,Phi Phi Island, cooking class and celebrating the Thai new year with watergun fights! Glanzu agent who made the itinerary did a great job listening to what we wanted on the trip.

They helped with an itinerary based on my interests and were able to describe activities sometimes from firsthand experience. I appreciated their Eco-friendly approach. Our trip to Thailand was amazing!! We covered the entire country and never felt rushed at any one location. Working with our travel agency, Glanzu, was so easy! They helped us create our itinerary and include the activities and hotels that best fit our needs. They checked on us throughout the trip to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Upon finding out that we were disappointed with one of the hotels they bought us dinner to make up for it. All the guides they selected were great!

I'd recommend glanzu travel agency to anyone looking for an amazing Thailand getaway! They had all the details aligned so my husband and I could simply show up and have the best two weeks of our life. In Bangkok, we were able to see the Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, Floating Markets and Train Market, we ate some amazing food at local restaurants and markets and we even got a Thai massage. Really impressed!

The itinerary was solid and agent was flexible. Elephants were my favorite, so beautiful. We had so many great experiences but the specific experiences suggested and organized by Glanzu.com travel agency really were spectacular. Our guide from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi to Sukhothai was great, always providing insights into local customs and culture. We originally had scheduled a trip to the Erawan Falls but after a very hot day at hell fire pass and our guide explaining that the trek to the waterfalls would mostly be similar in the sense that it would be extremely hot and waterfalls.

What we like the most is Bike tour in Sukhothai – Fantastic although it was extremely hot and 22km, it might not be for everyone, we loved it. We got to the park right at sunset and it was incredible views! The tour guide was great and really knowledgable. She packed a cooler full of cold water, towels and homemade snacks that were given to us at the half way point and it was much appreciated. We'll recommend

In Thailand we had the opportunity to go to an elephant sanctuary where we were able to interact with elephants in a safe and humane manner and also went canoeing through the sea caves off the coast of Phuket. It was just one memorable activity after another!

I liked everything about that trip to Thailand! My colleague recommended me to choose Glanzu agency cos their pricing, guides and service are great. We booked the tickets, hotel, transfer, guides (who met us in Aeroport in Bangkok).. Wanna thank Glanzu for our trip to Thailand. Our excursions in Phuket were fantastic - the elephant sanctuary was magical and our boat ride/sea kayaking around islands and caves was incredible. The best food we had on our whole trip was on that boat excursion in Phuket! We were very pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed our time in Bangkok - our boat ride on the river was a great way to see the city and the late night food tour was amazing!

I loved the hotel they chose for me - Sea Sand Sun Resort & Villas Pattaya. Their drivers/tour guides were very prompt, reliable and friendly. We just loved Bengy who was our tour guide in Chiang Mai. She was an excellent tour guide - very knowledgable and a great photographer. She was an excellent tour guide and a wonderful person to spend our days touring with. Our most memorable part was our trip to Patara Elephant Farm in Chiang Mai. It was perfect and everything I wanted.

We were advised to plan our trip with Glanzu - bought tickets, paid for tours and hotel. When something went not like plan, he immediately reacted, helped and solved the problem. Also for questions, he was always there to help. Our trip to Thailand was amazing and Glanzu travel team was great! We really enjoyed the time we spent at the Elephant Camp in the Golden Triangle, cooking dinner with a Traditional Lanna Family, and the Canoe Trip in Phang Na Bay. We wouldn’t change a thing. There were a couple of the itinerary items we were unsure of going into the trip, but our trip planner’s recommendations were spot on each time and everything turned out great.

I would have gone through the itinerary more carefully and vetted each location. I didn't realize just how far away some the places we were going were. It was amazing and so smooth! We were worried about navigating an Asian country but never once had an issue thanks to the planning by our awesome agent! I wanna add that we chose Glanzu travel agency - these guys are great. We stayed at Andaman White Beach Resort Hotel - very good one, friendly staff, who speak English well, clean rooms, wi-fi, etc. Loved the cooking class and elephant sanctuary the most. Also- every hotel made us feel special and the accommodations were awesome!

The trip was really great. My volunteer portion I think was a good fit, and I think it was quite successful in meeting the goals that I had sketched out with my host. We liked best of all - Angkor Wat at sunrise. A once in a lifetime experience - and we were able to explore the temple before the crowds arrived. The wonderful people of Cambodia and Thailand must be mentioned first. We used Glanzu.com because our friends used them previous year and recommended them to us. Visiting Phuket was an unexpectedly interesting event. Bangkok is an exciting city of contrasts, but we also loved the summer palace built by Rama V. We wish we had at least one more day in Phuket, just to explore it on our own. We really did not have time to visit the art galleries, which we had read about.

The riverboat cruise down the Mekong River was a true adventure and was actually on the arduous side as the Hill tribes we visited had done no improvements to accommodate the landing of the boat or the walk up to the Hill tribes.. We have a particular travel style that is fast paced, immersive and educational. Glanzu travel agency was able to exceed our expectations and we would use them again without hesitation for destination where they are experts. We stayed in 4 different hotels in 3 different cities, and each one surpassed our expectations. The in-country air arrangements were perfect. Somehow we had the best seats in the plane every time. Well, we liked everything about our trip to Thailand with glanzu.com agency. Our hotel was great, but it was a bit further down the river from the city center and all the traffic made it difficult to get around the city by car. Staying in a more central location on the river would have made it easier to see more in such a short period of time. Although it wasn't in our original itinerary, I'm really glad we used our free day in Chiang Mai to take a Thai cooking class.

We visited many places of interest there, including Bangkok flower market and Old City walking tours with historical and cultural insights; floating market near Bangkok. I will admit that this was something that I wanted to do but was a bit hesitant and kind of figured I likely wouldn't end up eating anything. But we ended up having such a fun guide and group of people that I really let loose and got adventurous. It was so exciting!

We had really good time in Thailand with my wife and we would like to thank Glanzu.com team for our trip. Best Travel Agency ever - steady so! We also went to the market in Chiang Mai and Phuket Town. This was the opportunity to eat street food and do some shopping. Wear your walking shoes because these markets are huge! If we could change anything, we may have done a little more. My Wife and I do not like a packed schedule and really enjoy our downtime, but we felt like we were in safe areas!

We traveled for three weeks through Thailand, Cambodia and Laos and I don't think this great travel agency (Glanzu.com) could have done a better job. Every single detail was handled perfectly. The itinerary that we worked out covered exactly what what we wanted to see and when. We complicated things by the fact that our daughter was already in country and needed separate travel itineraries in some cases and separate pick-up and flights arranged. Did the 10 day Thailand trip with Jessica and Helen, the two leaders. It was an amazing experience that consisted of visiting temples, hanging out at beaches, fun nights out, kayaking, hot air balloon rides and so on.. too many great memories to name! Jessica and Helen were both great leaders. They were easy to get along with and super fun people! Had the best time diving, chilling on the beach, and exploring all the cool places we went. I wanna thank glanzu.com for such a great Trip to Thailand. There were tons of fish swimming around, mostly striped ones. (Sorry, I have no idea what kind of fish they were.) We stopped near Chicken Island to go snorkeling, and I loved seeing the fish swimming around there. While we were on another island, a couple in our group pulled out a loaf of bread they brought along and started feeding the fish. Several of us were standing about knee deep in the water with hundreds of little fish swarming
