I am impressed with Dailyrazor website maintenance solution. They are always on top of the game. The only issues I've ever had have to do with not receiving my discount (which most of the time has been my own fault for the wrong HTML code). When I asked them why, they checked it out each time, got back to me either the same day or the following day, and not only told me why but told me how to fix it!

I can't rave enough about them. I've used Dailyrazor HD video hosting for not so long hosting my own domains and some for friends and family. I'm a developer with limited server admin knowledge and I find the control panel extremely helpful and easy to use. Whenever I've needed support I’ve got the answer I needed within a few hours although UK/US time difference affects the wait. Excellent customer service.

I am not a technical person and have little knowledge about computers. After facing a lot of problems from the old hosting provider, I was given the task to review and migrate all the websites of our group companies to a better hosting company. As I read the review of Dailyrazor at different sites, I took the decision in a very scary situation of being backfired. I haven't noticed any downtime that I remember. Any time I have had any questions, or needed support, their support team has been excellent at providing prompt and courteous answers. Dailyrazor is a fantastic host. Also, they reply to the support tickets very quickly. The control panel is fantastic and allows me to control all functions of my hosting account even to turn on and off safe mode + create password-protected folders. Choose these guys, they're better than anyone I've ever been hosted by before.

I am very surprised by the tech support provided by Dailyrazor team. I am using their website care plan and website maintenance. Every time I compared the speed of loading the pages Dailyrazor was much faster than the others. I wasn't expecting much. The times I had a question, they responded within a couple of hours, will a polite, and detailed response.
