I thought I had found a great company to maintain my Prius, but WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! I had the battery rebuilt and paid for an extended 2 year warranty. The battery went bad 2 weeks after the warranty and I asked if they would extend the warranty or discount the repair. Not only would they not help me, they totally and rudely blew me off, saying the don't work on the 1st generation Prius any more. I have a 2002 Prius in nearly perfect condition with 103,000 miles and a new paint job. It would have a lot of life left in it. Not only did this company do inferior work, they do not stand by their work at all.

I bought a Prius battery 1 year ago, it went out about a week after warranty expired, They came out and replaced it for $811, about a week later, since then I have had 3 more battery failures in just a few months. it has been hard to get ahold of them, they don't or won't answer phone unless I threaten to complain. Last time they arrived after a week to repair and showed up at 10:00 pm and left around midnight, refused to update serial # for new 1. Still waiting on newservice call for failed b
