I have been with Aspnix for 2 months now and love them! You get so much for your money and I've had nothing but excellent experiences with customer support. As for uptime, I've never experienced any major downtimes apart from when I started - I would have several minutes of downtime but these days, it's near 99.9%. You can make your own backups too and retrieve a file which you've accidently overwritten or deleted from the directory. I LOVE IT! Overall, a very good host who looks on the fun side

Aspnix has excellent pricing, a useable panel, fine customer service (I'm sure there are exceptions). I would recommend them to anyone looking for their own bit of space on the internet. For those wanting to run a business from a aspnix account just remember you are only paying a $29/month for VPS and if you need super high performance and 100% uptimes then you need to spend some money and do it properly. Too many times I see people expecting enterprise level servers and support for web hosting

Aspnix was extremely helpful during the transition. I don't really know how their pricing compares with other providers (which is why I gave them a 4 out 5 in that category), but I haven't had any major problems, and every minor problem (which weren't problems with the system, just my ignorance of how to use the system) have always been taken care of promptly thanks to Aspnix's unbelievably quick response time. I have been with ASPnix for about 4 months now and it's a good host, since I haven't had to use customer service once. The reason for this is they always post announcements on their blog proactively and I always get maintenance alerts. I like their custom billing system and control panel.
