Actava tv is a horrible service ,their picture is freezes often , their film library is poor , customer service is terrible and their devices not reliable ! Do not deal with Actava tv !

horrible service! They are advertising great "cheap" deal on actava TV, just for $278 you can get the whole year of service and "free" device. Well, I received this "free device" few days ago, worked 2 hours with their "help" over the phone and couldn't make it work. The device is MULFUNTIONING! I was told rudely by the "operator" just send it back at your own expense! WHAT ABOUT MONEY I PAID?????? Friend of mine, also bought this DEVICE and had the same story, device is not working!

Bad service, it is impossible to contact the company, poor film library, you can not stop, scroll or record your favorite program. I do not recommend dealing with Actava tv.
