The owner, Jim Palenscar is known in the steel guitar community as the Go To Guy for parts and information pertaining to the various slide instruments. SGNC has a complete machine shop in store and Custom Modifications are a specialty for Jim. Steel Guitars of North County is the center for steel guitar repair, sales and instruction in Southern California.
