Oakley Westbrook  When I was looking for a managed VPS provider, one of my biggest concerns was finding a company with reliable customer support. I am happy to say that Right Servers has exceeded my expectations in this regard. Itta on the customer support team is extremely responsive and has been able to assist me with any issues I've had in a timely manner. Gavin Daugherty I didn't even have to update my DNS, they logged into the registrars and updated everything for me! Some sites ran a bit slower than I'd like but they worked with me to tweak things and now they're BLAZING FAST! Haha, my clients are happier than ever, it feels like they got an upgrade for free! The clients definitely value their service a lot more than my last host and I'm going to charge a premium for my future clients because this is the best bang for your buck that you'll ever see. Vihaan Glover The managed solutions for enprepreneurs services that RightServers offers are really excellent and cheap. I've been with them for a little over 3 months now, and the service is as excellent today as it was the day I signed up. Support is all important to me, I do not know a lot but want to do so much, they help me along the road all the way. Ryker Woodcock I am happy with Rightservers managed VPS in Canada so far, support has been great and you offer far more features than any web hosting provider I have come across so far. Super nice and helpful customer service. FTP access has sometimes been a little bit spotty, which is why I could not give Rightservers a 100% score; it is sometimes intermittent, but nothing too large to open a complaint about. Nadir Frye I had no outages and this is cool. I like this web host and can highly recommend Right Servers cloud hosting services to others. Delgadillo Bradley Just a quick note to share that I am, once again, absolutely blown away and impressed by rightservers' customer service, specifically technical support chat! Their servers are fast and they configured my site to load fast, day or night. They have a knowledgeable team over there. Uptime has been 100% - really good so far.
