Laura Schultz is a freelance writer as well as President and Primary Psychotherapist of Counseling at Your Service. Ms. Schultz is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with an M.A in Counseling and B.A in Psychology from UCLA. She has been assisting individuals and families in crisis for 25 years in private practice, coached managers and employees in the business/vocational arena and has over 14 years experience in nonprofit administration. For 10 years she was the Director of a Postsecondary Vocational Institution that empowered people through training in the field of technology and placed them into competitive employment. In addition to her corporate and nonprofit work, Laura has specialized training and background in the field of relationships, sexuality, addiction, and childhood trauma. Laura has been a contributing writer to a national magazine addressing psychological topics involving art and culture, relationships, communication, sexuality, spirituality, mental health and wellness as well as social/political issues such as the environment.
