Photography first grabbed my interest in the mid 1980’s but I really got serious about creating high quality images when I made the switch to digital photography in 2004. I have been continually improving my work by attending photography classes and seminars. These include Great American Photography Workshops in Glacier National Park and the Oregon Coast, Joseph Van Os Photo Safaris in Monument Valley and Art Wolfe Digital Photography Center in Olympic National Park and Seattle, Washington. I have attended seminars with John Shaw, George Lepp, Jerry Courvoisier, Rick Sammon and Kelbytraining Live Adobe Photoshop for Photographers Tour. BetterPhotos.com has allowed me to take numerous on-line classes on photography to improve my technique and creative vision. My photography has taken me to over 20 National Parks and overseas. My interest in sports has allowed me to take thousands of photographs of baseball, soccer, basketball, cross country, track and horse shows. My joy in photography comes from capturing the incredible world around us that God created and those moments that only a camera can see.
