Iowa Prison Industries (IPI) is the work training program within the Iowa Department of Corrections, helping incarcerated men and women in our work programs gain the skills needed to be successful citizens upon release. IPI is 100% self-funding. Purchases from IPI fund our valuable inmate programs, furthering the missions of the Department of Corrections and Iowa Prison Industries. IPI's products and services are only available to purchase by governmental agencies, school districts, non-profit groups and employees of these organizations.
