Halley Resources was founded in 1990 by Russell Halley to provide support services to a wide range of creative professionals. The business grew and evolved; by 1995 he had incorporated, hired additional staff, moved to the photo district and refined its purpose: to provide representation for stylists in the fashion and advertising industries. We didn't start at another agency and then move on – we've created our own model of what we think an agency can be.
