Sir Thomas I am generally very happy with Fozzy.com ssd web host. They are excellent. I've had 2 downtimes and both of those were fixed fairly rapidly. They're awesome and so extremely helpful to this stay-at-home-Mom who needs support. My website is up and running and I love it! Their list of extra software installations is huge! This place rocks! Giuliano Sonny  Fozzy service has been excellent and top notice thus far. We love the speed of the site, the uptime, the support when needed (few and far between), and the features (the automatic backups are wonderful especially). I'm also happy with the performance and reliability of the service. Well, things have been great so far - it was easy to setup the site, forward my domain with Domain Registrar to their nameservers, transfer the files/sql data and so I'm giving it a 5 throughout. Stan Empson  How did I find Fozzy? That part wasn't so easy, as there are virtually infinite hosting companies. With all the different plans, features and policies it's sometimes hard to compare. I took a deep breath and started a new spreadsheet. I ended up with 21 hosting companies to grind down. So, finally I decided to choose Fozzy.com The quality of their hosting is very good due to the great uptime, fast servers and helpful customer support. Al Wallach I used about ten different webhosting providers in the past decades. And I have to say that Fozzy is the best. They also notify us well in advance and repeatedly when something is going to change - like support for an old version of php will be removed. They also let us know when there is a new security concern that we can do something about. Their service is great. Any question asked will be answered within minutes. Vivek Sharma I'm doing my business and I often need to provide my own clients with specific database settings or scripts installations. Once I receive request from my own client to do something with their site or script I ask Fozzy tech team to do that for me and they always help. I'm sure 15 mins total time for my clients and for me is acceptable. I would not rate them as perfect and professional hosting service. I do get what I pay for. So my rate is 5 out of 5. JTC Valve Sale So far they have been excellent. I've had to contact support a few times and on all occassions my questions was answered very promptly. Padula Fabian Fozzy offer superb support - I maintain approx 8 sites, all at Fozzy VPS hosting account. I tend to place fairly technical support calls. In over 20 support calls (almost never for a problem, almost always for an implementation or coding question) I have never had worse than 15 mins first response, usually with an appropriate resolution. Cyril Torrain One thing I must say about Fozzy is that they have excellent customer service. When you use the skype, someone answers pretty much instantaneously. You can't ask for more than that! And they are willing to help you out in any way they can. Control panel has a lot of good software like blog and forum. I think they are much better than my previous hosting. Roland Churchill I tried 2 other hosts before. I want to say that I'm extremely satisfied dealing with Fozzy web host. Must say their ssd hosting is really fast, my website is always up and available for my visitors around the globe. Everything is great! The support-guys are very cool and fast!
