Support is usually great, my only complain being that the original average support response time of 20 minutes is now more like 1-2 hours. Isreal Combs I am fully satisfied using Cloudarion VPS hosting service in Russia. They are delivering great service with no noticeable downtime in last months. Though some of my sites uses a lot of memory I have never really faced any issue with them. Their support was very helpful with setup - that was really nice of them. Edward May I called tech support (only web host i have found with actual phone support!!) and he looked into it for me, and asked me to wait a few minutes. There was one sales rep in that day, and he contacted him and within a few minutes my order was approved, and my site was up and running!
