I originally placed this order on December 4th, 2012 as a Christmas present for my two younger daughters and have had numerous problems since then. The futon did not get here for like 2 months when Robert told me it would get there before Christmas; when it did finally come it was black and I requested white so he issued me a refund check of $49. A lot more involved than I can fit on her but point blank worst customer serivce in my life; futon is still missing parts.
