I am in the middle of trying to get something shipped through these people. I had a query about combining the shipments and have also been wondering if the items arrived at XB at all, since the estimated day of delivery there has passed. XB has refused to reply any any of my e-mails, there is no chat support, and the listed phone number of course connects to a machine.
As things stand now, I feel they owe me at least an acknowledgement that they have received my e-mails.
