Janet C.  This is a shortened version of my experience with this company. I ordered an ordinary wig from this company on Dec. 4....free standard shipping. A couple of weeks went by with no indication that it had been shipped. When I inquired they said it was taking time because it was tricky to make (huh?). When 6 weeks had passed I claimed non-received with PayPal & requested a refund of my money. Well, lo & behold, within days of PayPal's notifying them of my claim they shipped it by EXPEDITED mail without my knowledge or consent. I never order anything that is shipped expedited because the shipper charges brokerage fees plus taxes on the brokerage fees....which is over & above the normal customs/taxes charges. I have told wigstylish that I will not pay these brokerage fees & I want a full refund as the wig will be returned to them unopened. Stay tuned as to whether I hear from them in response to my email & what it is they intend to do about this situation. Extremely bad experience with this company Janet C. likes:
