Esteban Sitz As others have noted, support is very responsive and I've never waited more than 15 minutes or so for a response. Their control panel system is absolutely fantastic. I have to admit that I was a bit concerned moving from a managed hosting environment to a shared server. But all my concerns and fears were unwarranted.
