Viral Mail Profiis is a great system to organize and track your emails.
You can use predefined mailers or define your own mailers. The first thing you want to do here ist to set up the mailer, by defining how often you can mail tto how many people. You also can set the macros for firstname etc.
In a second step you set up your mail.
Now the system tells you, when you can use the next mailer. The links are also tracked, so you get a pretty good idea which email works with which mailer.
