Brian Turner Stay away from these people! My "project manager" spent a few minutes with me over the telephone to understand my business and then passed the assignment to a "designer". Unfortunately, none of the direction provided was implemented and in fact they used the wrong logo. When I complained after seeing an initial version I was told they would completely redesign site. Steve Marshal This company is not a serious design firm, do not mistake it for one. The last 30 days with them have been a nightmare. Our website was absolute garbage, anyone could teach themselves to build a better site on their own. Customer service is a joke. You speak to a different person every time you call (never an actual designer), and things are constantly getting lost in translation. Kent Musgrave If I could give them a ZERO star for support, that would be my preference. They lured me away from a previous hosting company that I had terrible service with. So they knew my frustrations and why I came to them - they promised that they would not be like the previous company. After giving the benefit of the doubt for MUCH longer than I should have, they are no better than the previous company in service. Mary Lamptey Turn2Interactive has made very small attempts to keep me as a monthly paying customer. They sold me on website optimization and social network links. They did prepare my website which looks better than my own. But 4 months later, the optimization was never created, nor the social web links.The only consistency they have is in their monthly debiting of my credit card. jack london This company is very badly managed. After receiving 20-30 calls per week for about a month and a half I decided to give them a chance and THEY DID NOT DELIVER!!...claiming a custom web design and gave me a template WORST THAT THE ONE I HAD.
