Don't deal with these people. In the first place the product is a scam. The website makes it all look so wonderful and is the answer to your snoring problems. My ENT told me this devise most likely will cause TMJ. I tried the devise, but all it did was make my upper teeth feel out of alignment and ache. I make two attempts to contact Snoremenders in order to get a return authorization for a refund, with no success, even after threatening to write a negative review. Contact # doesn't exist!
