B arun  Ordered an brand new item but the item that was delivered looked used and was most probably a second hand & at best a factory second.The item had marks and was in bad cosmetic condition. Asked them for a replacement and had to pay for the returns myself which they said would reimburse but never did. Got the replacement which again came faulty in worse cosmetic condition. Upon contacting they said the cosmetic fault is minor and they are unwilling to issue a replacement or refund. Would avoid. B arun likes:
