jason gall This organization only adopts within the state of Texas which is concerning as they are taking donations and state money to run their organization. We are from Arizona and attempted to adopt a Boxer and were declined because we were not in state. Texas has one of the highest kill rates in the US. If this organization was true to its cause, they would adopt outside their county/state lines. Summary: This is not a true adoption organization. jason gall likes:
