Salesforce is a beautiful Customer Relationship Management platform. I have set it up for two real estate offices and another business, It's a cloud-based so you don't need to be an expert to install it, most of it lives in the cloud.and management types like that! Plus Salesforce does so many other things. It keeps catalogs up to date for sales. There is a service ticket system, marketing center and more. Learn from experts and other users in live classes and workshops too. A quality product.
