Ted Menard  Hello; first thing to do is read "Ripoff Report" for RTR Exotics/Keith Shay. whole story there. This guy is nothing but a criminal. He stole 10k from us with no intent to repay. He has 2 cars under construction in Arizona and Miami and neither will be finished as the builders want more money. Keith Shay has kept their build money . The client for the Veyron in Miami just got his suit settled against Keith by default for .. $86,000.00..... Do not for any reason give him money! Ted Menard likes:

Keith Paulus Shay  RTR Exotics is 100% real and only builds cars that have a fulkl and legal build contract. When the contract has been agreed upon then they send Bank Escrow Account information for deposit of the build price. You can also use PayPal to purchase products from them. This is done this way to Protect The Buyer. RTR Exotics has car built and shipped worldwide. One person has been posting fruadulant information and has been asked to provide proof of his claims.
