RockHoster tech support is replying instantly, they deal with my lack of technical knowledge asking the right questions and giving me prompt and helpful answers. I ran into a problem with a trafficing scam that flooded my page and exceeded my bandwidth, they fix the problem extremely fast and added a gig free of charge.
