Extremely low pay! Averages out to less than 1/2 minimum wage. Paid per minute and your average talk time per hour is very low because they always over staff shifts, average minutes per hour is about 15 minutes. 1 hour shifts. Inconsistent work. The way they schedule shifts is horrible. They post them and you competing with about 50 other people so it is a luck of the draw as to how many you MIGHT get. Some people get to choose from 2 schedules while majority only get to choose from one!
