I have a friend that works with NOTJAC and it seems the business goals is to gain followers on twitter and facebook and make up these SCAM contests. The owners end goal is to sell off the business and the followers. Scam indeed. All the so called winners are somehow related to the business = friends, co-workers or family members. Terrible Scheme.
