ordered two banjos from the website -said they would ship in 2-3 days. After 4 days, the tracking site still said they would ship in 2-3 days. I sent an email and Dennis said he would check with the factory. After several more days, site still said it would ship in 2-3 days. Sent another email. Dennis replies he is checking with warehouse. After several more days -site says 2-3 days. emailed again. Dennis says sent email saying backlogged-untrue. had to cancel 7 days before Christmas.
