Ordered the GERMAN KEPI ALLGEMEINE SS EM/NCO. Never arrived. Inquired with customer service. At first they asked for more time so I waited and when it didn't show up I asked for a tracking number so I could check the Canada Post website myself. They broke off communication entirely. The hat still has not arrived. When I asked for my money back, again I was ignored. They have plenty of opportunity to explain themselves.
