Andre Shawn  Jaxjade.com has provided me a warm support when I encountered some problems with my DVDs. I purchased the MARTIN LAWRENCE SHOW DVDs from this company. The ordering process was fast and easy and certainly no hassle in placing the order. The package arrived quickly. When I checked the first disc and I was surprised that the disc has good quality, but when I am on the 3rd disc, it suddenly stopped in the middle of the episode and won’t go through anymore. So I checked all of the discs, and found 5 faulty discs out of the 15 DVDs I received. These discs either skipped or stopped in the middle of the episodes. I emailed the company right away and they replied to me instantaneously. They informed me that it’s ok to replace the four faulty discs. They asked for the Disc Numbers and also for my desired shipping address. After 6 working days, I received the replacement. I tried the discs in my DVD player and very relieved that it all worked fine! Moreover, the whole set I receive has superior quality. Taylor Sams I bought My Wife and Kids complete collection from jaxjade.com last month I was looking forward for this purchase as this show is one of my favorite TV series from the past. The picture and audio quality of this whole set is highly made and the episodes are shown in its entirety, which is absolutely exceptional! Peter Murray I purchased “Here’s Lucy” from Jaxjade.com website because this is my all-time favorite TV show. The shipping time was good; DVDs arrived exactly as what’s been promised from their website. The whole set was perfect! The discs functions very well in my DVD player. The whole collection is done in a professional way. The DVDs are great with very fine packaging and superb quality, I simply love it. This is an amazing collection! Aaron Bean I recently purchased the Carol Burnett and Friends from jaxjade.com website. The DVDs were delivered in a timely fashion. I tried to play each discs in our DVD player and was a bit disappointed because it was not high definition quality as I thought so. The quality is fine but not the best. I contacted the company immediately to file my complaint. They replied and clearly explained that what I received was a fan/collector’s edition as an official Studio release has not been out yet in the market. They tried to offer me a partial refund and keep the DVDs or to return the whole set for a refund less shipping charges. I choose the first option which is the partial refund because I have no more problem with the DVDs I received. It is watchable and the sound is clear. Also, the discs are playing in its entirety. Jared Glover I ordered the Gunsmoke complete collection from jaxjade.com. It was a speedy delivery from the seller. The boxset arrived 6 days upon placing the order. I was shocked when I opened the package, the DVD containers were damaged. I immediately checked the discs, thankfully, every disc I tried played very well. It also comes with outstanding quality of both audio and video. I emailed the company to file a complaint against the broken DVD cases I received. One of the representatives replied quickly. He was very courteous and explained that maybe it was damaged during the transit, and informed me that they will replace it right away. They delivered the replacement DVD cases after 10 working days. I’m extremely happy on how Jaxjade rectified this issue and I would definitely proud to say that this won’t be my last order from this seller because I’m fully satisfied with the whole transaction.
