In short, I paid up front ($189.95 USD) for an "iPhone 5S Blue Screen, Boot Loop & Restore Error 14 or Error 9 Repair Service" on the 9th November 2014, sent the faulty phone to them, and after some initial communication that I initiated, I now find myself being ignored by iRepairNational, who still have my phone and my money...
