Great! the site is not working, there's a Database error, and i got this message "The database has encountered a problem" even in private/incognito browsing.

Great! the site is not working, there's a Database error, and i got this message "The database has encountered a problem" even in private/incognito browsing. it's like a white blank page with some phrases on top right. the problem still exists.
