Terry Russell  I have been using Hostgator for many years now and am going to continue to use them. I went to another hosting company to save some money and went back to them almost immediately because the support at my new hosting was only by chat and by tickets. Phone support and chat support at Host Gator is the only way to go. Their affiliate program is a little weak but is improving so it's heading in the right direction. Terry Russell likes:

tony lee I`ve been using host gator for a while about 7 months or so, and I have to say they have truly impressed me. I found that their support team is very fast, efficient, and helpful. I went to support for a few things, mostly because I forgot a password or something. It was a great experience because the online chat service is so quick and they reply right away. They all seem to know what they were talking about and I found that they would still help you out even if it wasn`t fully related to them. tony lee likes:
