This is just an elimination diet that you can do yourself for free. If you spend the money and purchase the "kit" what you end up getting is a bunch of forms you have to print out and use as a food journal which you could do yourself without the forms. Worst of all if you ask for a refund they ignore refund requests (hoping you'll give up I assume) but if you don't give up they make you jump through hoops before they refund your money - they force you to provide proof you've completed the work.
