This company is THE most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever dealt with!! Do NOT order from this company if you want a quality costume in a timely matter. I ordered a costume for my son's school field trip a week before the trip and paid for 1st class delivery. When I did not receive the costume, I contacted the company by phone (no answer - go figure) and left a message and sent an email in regards to the shipment. I received NO COMMUNICATION back until I opened a dispute with Paypal!
