Purchased a rug from them and before I do I called first and the agent was very helpful and polite and helped me how to place the order online. The rug cost was unbelievable so I wasn't expecting something super nice but after I got it the rug was VERY nice and no one in family did not believe me I paid for this rug $37. My boy friend likes the rug so much and looks very nice and good quality.
