Sheldon Winkleman  ASPnix is far suprerior, they solve problems and on an extremely timely manner. When I have a problem, their technicians get information which I can give them and determine what the problem is and fix it for me, while in most cases, you are in an IM session. Tristan Chenault I have been with Aspnix for 2 months now and love them! You get so much for your money and I've had nothing but excellent experiences with customer support. As for uptime, I've never experienced any major downtimes apart from when I started - I would have several minutes of downtime but these days, it's near 99.9%. You can make your own backups too and retrieve a file which you've accidently overwritten or deleted from the directory. I LOVE IT! Normand Cheadle They offer a very good price and on the half dozen or so times that I have needed to speak to them, including in the middle of the night, there has always been a technically competent support person available immediately. You can get great servers, features, prices and reliability from almost any provider but what differentiates them is their attention to the customer and Aspnix comes top of the list when so many others fail to do even the basics!
