Sonny Rhea  Now I have VPS hosting account with them and their technical support team are always willing to help. Of course they do not offer me a help every minute. But if I have a question I always get reply within few minutes. I would not rate 2cloud.eu host as perfect and professional hosting service. I do get what I pay for. So my rate is 5 out of 5. Fletcher Lockett I have been 2Cloud customer for over 7 months. I currently have a level VPS account with 3 sites hosted on it. I am getting excellent page load times compared to the previous host which is why I switched. Their response times are lightning fast (the longest I have had to wait for a response to a ticked question was just over 1 hour - which is more than acceptable, seeing as other bigger providers can take 2-5 days to reply). Cristopher Maclin I will highly recommend 2Cloud web hosting plans. They are super awesome. They do have 24/7 live chat, a 24/7 toll free number and other things. Uptime has been 100%. Arthur Cuneo I researched 2Cloud hosting for some time prior to signing up. I asked them questions about a variety of things and each time I received a prompt (less than 10 minutes) and courteous reply. Their service was fast and friendly, even if queries were about problems that had nothing to do with this web host. They upgraded the quality of my server without raising my prices! It's much faster! Stefan Blumer I have used quite a number of hosting providers before and none can compare with the top notch technical expertise, reliability and speed of service provided by 2Cloud web host. Their technical support staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. it is a provider who offers very cheap prices all around, for more web space and bandwidth than most other hosters can claim to provide. Guy Landen I initially picked 2cloud.eu for it's pricing and package options and I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. Seth Lang All my questions have been questioned knowledgeably within an hour - often within a few minutes. 2cloud.eu hosting is ok. They ensure privacy and are ultimately the best. 24/7 and guaranteed within the hour, though i have never had to wait more that 10 minutes. Teodoro Cozad Speaking of support, it is usually very good in terms of email or phone, but don't try to use chat support, you'd probably be disappointed with that as I believe it is outsourced to others. Happy using 2cloud.eu hosting service. Efrain Krahn I think many other hosting providers would struggle to come anywhere close to this level of support. I can also add that 2cloud network and server uptime are great - cos my sites are running fast and always up. As for their pricing, you will get what you pay for.
